Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on hair extensions, wigs, or custom units.

However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at dimejackson17@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery. The product must remain unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging for the issue to be addressed.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or resolution if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused by our team.
